VEGA Radar Sensor for Real-time Tank Water Monitoring

VEGA radar sensors monitor water levels through a continuous radar signal reflected by the water surface, received as an echo by the antenna. They utilise 80 GHz technology that enables unique focusing of the radar beam. This non-contact radar technology delivers high measurement accuracy and has little to no maintenance requirements. It is not affected by changing environmental conditions such as temperature and pressure.

This remote water tank installation utilises Iridium satellite connectivity to provide accurate data on water levels continuously, including when to call the truck in for tank filling.
