Creating smarter environments to live and work in.
With urban populations rapidly growing, cities are looking to technology to maintain and improve quality of life for their inhabitants. By 2050, outdoor air pollution is projected to become the top cause of environmentally related deaths worldwide. Growing worldwide drought conditions means water is an increasingly valuable resource to a city. Asset and resource management is vital for cities to create environments where people can enjoy productive and healthy lifestyles.
In urban environments change is constant. Real-time data collected from devices such as connected sensors, lights and meters, allows informed and efficient decision making. Smart cities IoT solutions help achieve sustainable growth by reducing the impact of economic and demographic changes. They also play a key role in the efficient management of a city’s assets, resources, infrastructure and services, creating cities that are smarter places to live and work.

Adroit’s real-time wireless Smart City monitoring combined with IoT Platform provides numerous benefits over manual or semi-automated data collection and analysis. Adroit monitoring equipment can be installed in almost any location and provides accurate and reliable readings at user-selected intervals e.g. daily, hourly, every fifteen minutes.
Monitoring data is continuously transmitted to the IoT Platform where it can be correlated with information from other sources, displayed and graphed, and analysed for current and long term trend reporting. The IoT Platform data can be accessed by multiple users via web portal and mobile apps, and can be easily exported or shared with other systems via APIs.
