Data, in my opinion, plays the biggest role. IoT is only an enabler!

Ulrich Frerk

Adroit founder Ulrich Frerk was delighted to be guest speaker at a Spark-hosted webinar – as part of the launch of the Spark Innovation Studio – talking about the present and future of IoT.

Adroit speaks at Spark Innovation Studio

Adroit’s relationship with Spark has gone from strength to strength, with the Spark CAT-M1, NB-IoT network being central to a number of recent Adroit projects, including the launch of ‘Murray’ – our IoT enabled Data Buoy recently deployed at Westpac Mussels.

The strength of that partnership, based around the high quality of the Spark CAT-M1 network has seen Adroit quickly become the leader in IoT for aquaculture and clean water tech.

And while the technology is still new, the stream of data coming from the hundreds of sensors Adroit is installing, is already giving farmers, businesses and city planners, important information that will help them make positive changes that will improve productivity, profitability and reduce negative impact on the planet.

We can only see the effects we’re having on the environment if we measure something. IoT really enables us to measure it really, really well.
